COVID-19 has been a major disrupter in our lives (and that is putting it mildly). I am sure you had some sleepless nights trying to navigate to calmer waters amongst the many disruptors. It is “scary” when we are forced (or pushed) into something new. It’s easy to say, “Be Fearless!” But, in this workshop, we will discuss some steps you can take to re-adjust your mindset to face and overcome “the new norm”; how to step back into the world again and how to mentally deal with a plan for something that feels "unplannable". Instead of feeling discouraged and in “survival mode”; we will put together some concrete methods for you to recalibrate. We are in this together…let’s learn together.
